Setup Notes
Installation
The Paiste 2002 Thin Crash is designed for standard cymbal stands. To install, simply slide the cymbal onto the tilter of your crash or combination stand. Ensure the wing nut is tightened sufficiently to secure the cymbal while leaving enough room for the metal to vibrate freely; over-tightening can dampen the sustain and negatively affect the tonal quality.
Compatibility Check
Compatibility
- Hardware: Compatible with all standard 1/4″ or 3/8″ cymbal stand tilters.
- Setup: Suitable for use in any standard drum kit configuration, from jazz setups to full rock rigs.
