Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from YRS MIDI Store at https://store.yrsmidi.com.

Digital Products

Software, downloads, license codes, and other digital products are delivered electronically. Because access is provided digitally, these sales are final and non-refundable once the order is completed or access is granted.

Physical Goods

Physical goods and hardware may be returned only if the item arrives damaged. Returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted.

• Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
• Email contact@yrsmidi.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
• After review, we will issue return authorization and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping Returns

Do not ship a return before receiving authorization from YRS MIDI Store. Return instructions will be provided after your claim is reviewed.
