Orders & Delivery
How do I receive my software after purchase?
Software is delivered by email with download links after checkout. You can also access eligible downloads any time from your account dashboard under your order history.
How long does delivery take?
Software delivery is instant or within a few minutes after payment. Hardware and instruments usually ship within 2 to 3 business days by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Eligible orders within the United States include free UPS ground shipping when shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping cost, carrier availability, duties, taxes, and delivery time vary by location and are calculated or shown during checkout when available.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we send tracking information by email. You can also log in to your account and review your order status from your account dashboard.
I did not receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, log in and go to My Account > Orders to access available downloads. You can also reply to your order email or contact support.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Digital items are delivered automatically, so software cancellation requests must be sent immediately before the download/license is fulfilled.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your device, browser, and checkout availability, express payment options may include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported wallet options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers such as WooCommerce Payments and supported express checkout providers. YRS MIDI does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
What if my credit card is declined?
Confirm the billing name, address, card number, expiration date, and CVV. If the details are correct, contact your bank or card issuer because they may be blocking or reviewing the transaction.
Do you offer installment or financing options?
YRS MIDI does not offer direct in-house payment plans. When available, financing or pay-over-time options from express checkout, wallet, or third-party payment providers will appear directly at checkout.
Products & Compatibility
Is the software compatible with my DAW?
Most product pages list supported DAWs such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Pro Tools, Reaper, Studio One, and others. Always review the product description and system requirements before purchase.
What file formats are your products delivered in?
Software may be delivered in formats such as VST, AU, AAX, standalone installers, sample libraries, presets, or downloadable license files, depending on the product. Hardware includes standard accessories and documentation supplied by the manufacturer.
Do I need a specific operating system?
System requirements are listed on each product page. Many products support Windows 10/11 and macOS, while some titles may also support iPadOS or have version-specific requirements.
Can I use a product on multiple computers?
Licensing terms vary by manufacturer and product. Many software licenses allow one primary installation and one backup installation for the same user, but you should check the product’s license terms for the exact allowance.
Do you sell demo or trial versions?
Demo or trial versions are not currently offered directly through our site. When available, demos are usually provided by the manufacturer, so check the manufacturer’s website or the product description for product-specific trial options.
Are your products royalty-free?
Most sounds, loops, and samples are royalty-free for use in your productions without additional licensing fees. Licensing can vary by manufacturer or product, and some third-party products may have specific restrictions. You typically cannot resell, repackage, share, or redistribute the raw files as your own. Check each product’s licensing details for accuracy.
Accounts & Purchases
Do I need to create an account to buy?
Guest checkout may be available, but creating an account makes it easier to access downloads, review order history, and receive order updates.
How do I create or reset my account password?
Use the Lost your password? link on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the password reset link sent to your inbox.
How do I view or manage my downloads?
Log in to your account, go to My Account > Orders, and select the relevant order to view available download links.
What if I lost my download link?
Log in and check your order history. Download links remain available for eligible purchases. If you cannot access your account or order, contact support with your order number and email address.
Coupons & Discounts
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code field during checkout before placing your order. If the code is valid for your cart, the discount will apply before payment.
Can I combine multiple coupon codes?
Only one coupon code can be used per order unless a promotion specifically says otherwise.
Why was my coupon code rejected?
The code may be expired, already used, limited to specific products, restricted by customer eligibility, or tied to a minimum purchase amount. Review the coupon terms and try again.
What is the YRS5 coupon code?
YRS5 is a 5% discount code available to newsletter subscribers when the promotion is active. Check your confirmation email, newsletter, or current homepage promotion for the latest availability.
Licenses & Legal
What license do I get with my purchase?
Standard licenses allow use of the product in personal or commercial music productions. Redistribution, resale, file sharing, or repackaging of the product files is not permitted unless the product license explicitly says otherwise.
Can I use your products in a commercial studio?
Yes. Your license generally covers professional and commercial studio use by the licensed user. The license is normally assigned per user, not per studio location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once delivered. Hardware products may be returned within the return window under the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions, such as when an item arrives damaged due to shipping. All products, including open box, B-Stock, and C-Stock products, include the original manufacturer’s warranty. You may reach out to the manufacturer for warranty support if a product arrives damaged for any reason.
Do hardware and instruments include a warranty?
Yes. Hardware and instruments are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. For damaged goods, warranty details, returns, or exchanges, contact YRS MIDI support and also refer to the manufacturer for warranty terms and claim requirements.

Technical Support
I am having trouble installing or activating a product. What should I do?
Review the installation instructions on the product page and any manufacturer documentation included with your download. If you still need help, contact support with your order number, product name, operating system, DAW, and a clear description of the issue.
What should I do if a product crashes or does not work?
First confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements listed on the product page. Then update your DAW, operating system, and plugin where appropriate. If the issue continues, send support your system specs, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue.
Do you offer tech support for hardware products?
Yes. Hardware products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and YRS MIDI support. We can help troubleshoot the issue and guide you toward the correct manufacturer warranty or claim process when needed.
How do I update my software to a newer version?
When updates are available through YRS MIDI, logged-in customers can access them from the Downloads or Orders section of their account. Some manufacturers may also provide updates through their own installers, portals, or license managers.
