Description
Overview
The Drum N Base Vintage Persian Style Stage Rug combines classic aesthetic appeal with heavy-duty industrial performance. Specifically engineered for the rigors of the road and the demands of the stage, this rug provides a stable, non-slip foundation for musicians who need their gear to stay exactly where it is placed. Unlike standard decorative rugs, this professional stage mat is constructed in Belgium, leveraging a long history of superior textile manufacturing to ensure a rigid, high-quality build that resists curling and wear.
Key Details
- Premium Construction: Features a 4mm thick polyamide velour top that provides exceptional grip and long-term durability.
- Anti-Slip Foundation: Equipped with a 2.5mm thick road-proof rubber backing that prevents the rug from sliding during high-energy performances.
- Flat-Lay Design: Engineered to lie completely flat without curling, even at the corners, eliminating tripping hazards on stage.
- Weather & Wear Resistant: The top surface is waterproof and UV-resistant, making it easy to clean wood chips, dust, and spills using simple soap and water.
- Vibration Dampening: The dense material construction helps reduce unwanted vibrations between the instrument and the floor.
Use Cases
- Drum Kits: The 6-foot x 5.25-foot dimensions are ideal for full drum sets, comfortably accommodating two floor toms and a drum throne.
- Pedalboard Stations: Provides a professional, non-slip base for guitarists and bassists to keep complex pedalboard setups secure.
- Studio Aesthetics: Adds a classic, eye-pleasing Persian look to practice spaces and recording studios while protecting the flooring.
- Multi-Instrumental Stages: Suitable for keyboard rigs, amplifiers, wind instrument stations, and vocal mic setups.
Installation
Installation is immediate and requires no adhesives or fasteners. Simply unroll the rug in your desired performance area. Because of the rigid construction and heavy-duty rubber backing, the rug will naturally settle flat. For initial setup, ensure the floor surface is clear of debris to maximize the grip of the anti-slip backing.

This rug is universally compatible with all musical instruments and stage hardware, including:
- Percussion: Full acoustic and electronic drum kits.
- Stringed Instruments: Guitar and bass amplifiers, pedalboards, and stands.
