Description
Overview
The Drum N Base Vintage Persian Style Stage Rug combines classic aesthetic appeal with heavy-duty performance designed specifically for the rigors of the stage and studio. Engineered for stability and longevity, this rug provides a professional foundation that prevents gear slippage while adding a sophisticated visual element to any performance space.
Unlike standard rugs, this mat is constructed in Belgium, leveraging a long history of superior textile manufacturing to ensure a rigid, high-quality build that resists curling—even at the corners—ensuring a safe and flat surface for musicians.
Key Details
- Durable Construction: Features a 4mm strong and durable polyamide velour top that provides excellent grip and long-term wear resistance.
- Anti-Slip Foundation: Equipped with a 1.5mm thick road-proof rubber backing that keeps the rug securely in place during high-energy performances.
- Low Maintenance: The top surface is UV-resistant and waterproof, making it easy to clean wood chips from drumsticks or spills using simple soap and water.
- Vibration Reduction: The dense material helps reduce unwanted vibrations, contributing to a cleaner sound and protecting your flooring.
- Premium Aesthetics: A classic Persian-style design with eye-pleasing colors that enhances the look of any practice room, recording studio, or concert stage.
Use Cases
- Drum Kits: Ideal for full drumset configurations, providing the necessary grip to keep bass drums and hardware from sliding.
- Pedalboard Setups: Creates a stable, non-slip base for guitar and bass pedalboards, preventing cables from shifting.
- Studio Workstations: Perfect for placing under keyboards, amps, or vocal stations to define the performance area and dampen floor reflections.
- Live Stage Performance: A professional-grade solution for touring musicians who need a durable, “road-proof” rug that stays flat under heavy use.
Installation
Installation is immediate with no assembly required. Simply unroll the rug in your desired performance area. Because of the high-quality rigid construction and heavy rubber backing, the rug is designed to lie flat immediately without the need for weights or adhesives to secure the corners.
