Description
Overview
The Tue Madsen Signature Kemper Pack 2 is a professional collection of amplifier profiles meticulously crafted by renowned Danish producer Tue Madsen. Building upon the success of his first pack, this second installment significantly expands the tonal palette to provide extreme variety, ranging from surgical studio precision to raw, aggressive saturation.
Designed specifically for the Kemper Profiler, these profiles capture the essence of Madsen’s world-class production work with legendary artists such as Meshuggah, Behemoth, and The Black Dahlia Murder. This pack is engineered to deliver “Higher Gains and Crunchy Cleans,” offering a comprehensive toolkit for guitarists who demand production-ready sounds that cut through a dense mix.
Key Details
- Extreme High-Gain Palette: Specialized profiles tailored for Swedish Death Metal, sludgy doom tones, and super high-gain leads.
- Versatile Clean & Crunch: A wide array of “crispy” clean tones and tasty crunch settings that respond dynamically to the gain knob, ranging from squeaky clean to overdriven sludge.
- Production-Ready Tones: Profiles derived from actual recent productions for artists including Billybio, Vio-Lence, Shredhead, Mein Kopf Ist Ein Brutaler Ort, and Powerflo.
- Unique Character Captures: Includes unconventional captures, such as a vintage reel-to-reel tape machine used as a first guitar amp, providing textures not found in standard amp libraries.
- Integrated FX: Many profiles come with pre-configured effects to add texture and spice; some are enabled by default, while others are set up and ready to be engaged.
Use Cases
- Extreme Metal Production: Ideal for guitarists needing the precise, aggressive “wall of sound” characteristic of modern death metal and djent.
- Studio Recording: Perfect for those seeking “perfect studio tones” that require minimal post-processing to sit correctly in a professional mix.
- Live Performance: Provides reliable, high-impact leads and raw sounding profiles designed to cut through a loud live environment.
- Genre Exploration: Useful for musicians moving between pristine cleans and doomy, overdriven sludge within a single set or song.
