Description

Transkr is audio-to-MIDI transcription software for live performances and existing audio recordings. It detects notes, polyphony, melody, chords, bass notes, key, beat and meter, and exports MIDI, MusicXML and MXL. In real time, it can turn guitar, bass, voice, piano, violin family and saxophone into a MIDI source without a hexaphonic pickup or proprietary hardware.Guitar and bass support includes fretboard and fingering estimation, chord completion, slash chords, Drop D tuning and adjustable concert pitch from 400 to 450 Hz. V4 adds improved transcription, chord and harmony recognition, beat and meter analysis, saxophone support, manual tempo, time-signature and key settings for file conversion, and automatic model tuning for easier calibration. It runs on macOS and Windows as VST3, AU and AAX plug-ins or as a standalone application, with a perpetual license.
