Please be sure to log in to your IK Multimedia User Area account first on our website, then launch the Authorization Manager and follow the offline steps. Please note that you will need to first disable your internet connection prior to launching the Authorization Manager to trigger offline mode. Once you start the process, then turn on your internet connection to connect online and complete the steps.
