The Supremo Select Dark Iris Series Cajon is ready to play immediately upon arrival. To customize the sound:
- Snare Adjustment: Use the included Allen wrench to tighten or loosen the snare wires. Tightening increases the crispness and “crack” of the slap, while loosening provides a warmer, more open tone.
- Positioning: For maximum bass response, ensure the instrument is placed on a hard, flat surface to allow the sound hole to project efficiently.
Compatibility
This is a standalone physical percussion instrument. It is compatible with all musical genres, including Flamenco, Pop, Rock, Folk, and Jazz. It can be used as a primary percussion source or integrated into a larger ensemble alongside other acoustic or electronic instruments.
