Installation
This instrument arrives as a physical percussion unit. To prepare the Ashiko for play, ensure the rope tension is balanced across the shell. Use the non-stretch rope system to tighten the goat skin head to your preferred pitch. Because the rope is designed to be non-stretch, once your desired tension is achieved, the instrument will maintain its tuning with minimal maintenance.
