Product Overview

Overview

The Naada Collection I, II, III & IV is the definitive library of physically modeled instruments designed specifically for GeoShred Studio. Moving beyond the limitations of traditional sampling, this collection utilizes the AccelMatrix Naada physical modeling engine to simulate the actual acoustic behavior of instruments in real-time. This approach provides a level of expressivity, fluidity, and organic response that samples cannot replicate, offering continuous pitch control and pressure-responsive dynamics.

This comprehensive bundle brings together 32 world-class instruments spanning a vast array of global musical traditions. From the intricate microtones of Indian classical music to the sweeping textures of Western orchestral strings and brass, the Naada Collection provides a professional palette of voices that respond intuitively to gesture-driven performance.

What Stands Out

Key Details

Physical Modeling Synthesis: Powered by the AccelMatrix engine, generating sound via real-time acoustic simulation rather than triggering pre-recorded samples.
Massive Global Library: Includes 32 physically modeled instruments covering Indian classical, Chinese orchestral, Middle Eastern, Armenian, Western classical, jazz, and folk traditions.
Full Polyphony: Every instrument supports polyphonic performance, allowing for complex chords, layered textures, and sustained drones beneath melodic lines.
Expressive Control: Designed for continuous pitch and pressure response, ensuring a natural, organic feel to every note.
Diverse Instrument Palette: Featured voices include the Saraswati Veena, Bass Clarinet, Nadaswaram, Rudra Veena, Pan Flute, Baritone Sax, Tenor Sax, French Horn, Harmonica, Acoustic Guitar, Acoustic Bass, Carnatic Violin, Sitar, Sarod, Erhu, Pipa, Dizi, Gaohu, Ney, Oud, Duduk, Cello, Viola, and Trumpet.

Best For

Use Cases

World Music Composition: Authentically recreate the sounds of the East and Middle East with precise control over traditional instruments like the Sitar, Oud, and Erhu.
Cinematic Scoring: Layer Western orchestral brass and strings with exotic world textures to create immersive, atmospheric soundtracks.
Live Performance: Use the instruments with MPE controllers or the GeoShred Control companion app (iOS) to perform expressive, fluid solos in a live setting.
Experimental Sound Design: Leverage the physical modeling engine to push instruments beyond their traditional limits through polyphonic layering and gesture-based control.

Setup Notes

Installation

The Naada Collection I, II, III & IV is designed to run exclusively inside GeoShred Studio. For users who do not already own the host software, a license for GeoShred Studio is included with the purchase of this collection. Existing GeoShred Studio owners can simply integrate the Naada library into their current installation.

The software is delivered via Download / Digital License, providing the necessary installers to get the library running on your Mac system.
