MBSI is a faithful digital model of the legendary channel strip from the Criteria Studio C Custom MCI console. Designed to bring the “box tone” of a world-class recording environment into the modern DAW, this plugin meticulously recreates the sonic characteristics of the original line, mic pre, dynamics, and EQ modules, including an accurate model of the console’s stereo bus output.

Installation
MBSI is delivered as a software download. Installation requires an iLok.com account for license activation. The license includes two activations per account, and while an iLok USB dongle is supported, it is optional. Once the installer is run, the plugin can be scanned and loaded within any compatible DAW.
