Master Bus Processor

Description

Master Bus Processor puts the whole end-of-mix chain in one signal path: a four-band analog EQ (wave-digital-filter Pultec EQP-1A low and HF sections, Maag-style body and air), an SSL-G-style VCA bus compressor with ratio-linked knee and Auto release, a 3-band multiband loudness stage with three selectable characters, harmonic drive, and an M/S widener with bass protection. Every coloured section routes independently to L/R, Mid or Side. A single Amount knob scales the entire processor toward neutral – it scales the processing itself rather than mixing two signals, so there is no comb filtering as you back it off. 1x/2x/4x oversampling, gain-reduction metering with no hidden auto-gain, and a soft-clip ceiling on the output.
