The Innovation Series models are constructed with white hickory and are individually designed to serve a musical style specified by each model’s nickname. New for 2020, Innovative Percussion is excited to add the LAX-1 model to our Innovation Series of drumsticks. This model features a 5AB size diameter which is the sweet spot for those looking for something larger than a 5A and smaller than a 5B. Created out of an urgent need from our players on the west coast, the LAX-1 is built to handle all sorts of musical styles from Rock, Jazz, to Pop music. With its elongated teardrop bead, the LAX-1 provides a large contact area creating a darker and fuller sound across the entire kit.
