Description
Overview
inDelay by Sound Particles is a revolutionary modern delay plugin designed to push the boundaries of traditional time-based effects. Moving beyond simple echoes, inDelay introduces a groundbreaking approach to spatial and temporal manipulation, allowing producers to “particle-ize” their delays for unprecedented sonic textures.
Whether you are seeking hyper-realistic acoustic simulations or complex, evolving soundscapes, inDelay provides a powerful toolkit that balances intuitive “one-click” creativity with deep, surgical control over every aspect of the delay signal.
Key Details
- Dynamic Particles System: Transform standard delays into complex particle-based textures with a single click, adding organic movement and unpredictability to your echoes.
- Air Simulation: Enhance realism by simulating the way sound travels through the air, providing a natural sense of depth and distance to your processed audio.
- Advanced Tap Customization: Go “under the hood” to customize independent channel sources for each of the 16 available taps, offering total control over the delay pattern.
- Flexible Workflow: Designed for speed and ease of use without sacrificing the unlimited creative options required for professional sound design.
Use Cases
- Sound Design: Creating complex, evolving atmospheric textures and otherworldly echoes for film, games, or electronic music.
- Mixing & Production: Adding realistic spatial depth to vocals or instruments using Air simulation to place sounds accurately within a virtual environment.
- Creative Composing: Utilizing the particle system to generate rhythmic variations and organic repetitions that move beyond static delay times.
- Professional Mastering: Applying precise temporal adjustments in high-end studio environments that require documented stability and performance.
Installation
Installing inDelay is a streamlined process. The installer copies the plugin files into the appropriate system plugin folders, allowing your DAW to recognize the software automatically during the next plugin scan.
Note: After checkout, please follow the publisher’s specific instructions for download and authorization. Ensure you have your serial number or account credentials ready during the setup process.
