The recording process was meticulously executed by Paolo Principi at the Fazioli Concert Hall, utilizing a piano prepared specifically by Fazioli technicians. Every aspect of Gran Coda has been tested and approved within Fazioli laboratories, ensuring that the sonic characteristics, response, and tonal integrity of the F278 are preserved with absolute fidelity. This is not merely a sample library, but a digital extension of one of the world’s finest acoustic pianos.

To provide composers with maximum versatility, the instrument was captured using three distinct microphone positions: Close for jazz and pop applications, Side for classical performances, and Binaural to simulate the immersive experience of sitting at the piano within the concert hall itself.

Installation

Gran Coda is delivered as a digital download. The instrument requires the UVI Workstation to function. Please ensure you have the necessary host software installed before beginning the installation process.
