GeoCello for GeoShred Studio is a physically modeled solo cello designed for ultimate musical expression. By leveraging the powerful SWAM engine by Audio Modeling, GeoCello transforms the GeoShred Studio pitch surface into a living instrument, allowing musicians to shape nearly four octaves of cello performance in real time. Unlike static sample libraries, GeoCello simulates the cello as a physical acoustic event, where every shift in pressure and movement on the grid continuously controls the contact point, bow speed, and dynamics.
From the deep, resonant growl of the C string to lyrical, soaring upper-register phrases, the instrument responds dynamically to how you play. Installation
GeoCello is a virtual instrument that runs inside the GeoShred Studio environment. For customers who do not already own GeoShred Studio, a license is included with the purchase. The software is delivered via a digital license for download. Once installed, GeoShred Studio can be launched as a standalone application or loaded as a plugin within your preferred DAW.
