The Famous 4×12 G12M SuperCabinet IR Library by Overloud is a professional-grade impulse response collection designed to deliver the definitive “voice of rock.” Created in collaboration with Choptones, this library is a meticulous capture of a Framus Cobra 4×12 cabinet equipped with Celestion G12M Greenback 25W speakers. Featuring a straight front, closed back, and solid Poplar construction, this cabinet is engineered for the aggressive punch required for metal and hard rock, while remaining versatile enough for classic rock tones.

To ensure absolute precision, captures were performed using a motorized mic stand, providing consistent measurements across the entire library. With over 300 IRs, this collection offers an exhaustive range of sonic textures, from the biting edge of the cone to the warm depth of off-axis positioning.
