Description
Overview
The Elevate Mastering Bundle is a comprehensive suite of advanced audio processing tools designed to push the boundaries of loudness while preserving the dynamic integrity of your mix. At its core is the Elevate Mastering Limiter, a “limiter with a brain” that utilizes intelligent, adaptive technology to respond to your music in real-time. By combining a multi-band limiter, human-ear EQ, and a powerful audio maximizer, this bundle ensures your masters are not only the loudest in the room but the best-sounding.
Key Details
This bundle integrates several specialized tools that focus on the critical bands of human hearing to provide a more natural and transparent sonic result:
- Elevate Mastering Limiter: An advanced multi-band limiter and maximizer that analyzes and alters gain, speed, and transients of each filter band in real-time to maintain dynamic perception.
- EQuivocate: A graphic EQ utilizing auditory filters modeled on the human ear. It features match EQ functionality and a linear-phase filter shape to reduce pre-echo. It further includes a parametric EQ, compressor, gate, soft saturation, transformer emulation, micro pitch shift, and stereo delays.
- Punctuate: A multi-band transient modulator based on 26 critical bands of the human ear. It allows for precise transient emphasis or suppression across the entire spectrum using only four intuitive controls.
- Saturate: A spectral clipper with a sophisticated engine that allows for up to 12 dB of clipping without shifting the tonal balance. A variable SHAPE control allows users to morph between hard clipping and a mathematically smooth curve.
Use Cases
The Elevate Mastering Bundle is engineered for high-stakes audio environments where loudness and clarity are paramount:
- Final Mastering: Use the Elevate Limiter on the master bus to achieve competitive commercial loudness without the “squashed” sound of traditional limiters.
- Tonal Shaping: Employ EQuivocate for natural-sounding corrective EQ or to match the frequency profile of a reference track.
- Transient Sculpting: Use Punctuate on drum buses or full mixes to add “snap” to attacks or tame overly aggressive transients.
- Harmonic Excitement: Apply Saturate to individual tracks or the entire mix to add grit and saturation while keeping the frequency balance intact.
Installation
As a software product, this bundle is delivered digitally. Users should follow the manufacturer’s authorization process to activate their licenses. Installation is typically handled via a dedicated installer or plugin manager provided by the manufacturer to ensure all components (Elevate, EQuivocate, Punctuate, and Saturate) are correctly mapped to the host DAW.
