Product Overview

Overview

The Choptones Syner Vai Rig Library is a professional expansion for the Overloud TH-U platform, meticulously designed to recreate the legendary sound of an authentic Synergy SYN-VAI Steve Vai signature module. Driven by a 6L6 power amp, this library is engineered for “Heavy Rock” and virtuoso performances, providing a massive collection of 138 high-fidelity rigs.

Unlike standard modeling, these rigs are created using Overloud’s proprietary capturing technology. This process samples the entire signal chain—including the nonlinear dynamic response of the amplifier, the specific cabinet, microphone placement, preamplifier characteristics, and the acoustic properties of the room—to deliver a nuanced, authentic tone that responds like real hardware.

  • Professional Studio Production: Ideal for producers who need a “plug-and-play” world-class amp rig without the need for expensive microphones or room treatment.
