The Choptones EVH Eddie Rig Library is a professional expansion for Overloud TH-U, meticulously designed to recreate the legendary high-gain roar of a Hard Rock icon. This library focuses on the authentic sound of an EVH 5150III 100W head equipped with 6L6 power tubes, providing users with the aggressive, saturated, and dynamic tones associated with one of the most influential amplifier designs in history.
Utilizing Overloud’s proprietary capturing technology, this library goes beyond simple modeling. It captures the entire signal chain—including the nonlinear response of the amplifier, the specific characteristics of the cabinet, microphone placement, preamplifier nuances, and the acoustic properties of the room—delivering 120 high-fidelity rigs that behave like real hardware.
