Product Overview

Overview

Choptones Angel Infernus is a professional expansion library for Overloud TH-U, meticulously designed to recreate the legendary sound of the Engl E766 Inferno Marty Friedman Signature head. This library delivers 100 watts of high-gain power, providing guitarists with an authentic, studio-grade tone that captures the aggressive yet refined character of one of the most sought-after signature amplifiers in the world.

Utilizing Overloud’s proprietary capturing technology, Angel Infernus goes beyond simple modeling. It captures the entire signal chain—including the nonlinear dynamic response of the amplifier, the specific cabinet resonance, microphone placement, and the acoustic characteristics of the room—resulting in a highly realistic playing experience with 159 curated Rigs.

  • Sound Design: Leverage the 159 different Rigs to find the exact balance of saturation and room ambience for specific track requirements.
Setup Notes

Installation

This product is a Rig Library expansion. To use these sounds, you must have a compatible version of Overloud TH-U installed on your system. The library is integrated via the TH-U Rig Player, which allows you to load the sampled rigs and combine models from different setups to customize your tone.
