Description
Overview
Atmospheres is an ethereal and desirous collection of tuned field recordings designed to bring the unpredictable beauty of the natural world into your studio. By utilizing reconditioned environmental recordings, this instrument provides deeply textured and transportive layers of sound that move beyond static samples.
Each note triggers a tuned recording where the specific frequency for that key has been accentuated in sympathy with a rich bed of sonic material. The result is a warming, resinous acoustic experience characterized by fluctuating timbres that meld together to create an organic, living soundscape.
