Recorded at Orb Studios in Austin, TX, this library utilizes “Adventure-style” programming to move beyond static samples, instead using samples derived from actual phrases to achieve a more compelling and organic fluidity.

Designed for efficiency and realism, the library eliminates the need for tedious keyswitching. By utilizing velocity-sensitive attack types, composers can intuitively shape notes—using the 1-100 range for quicker notes and 101-127 for a broader attack—mimicking the natural phrasing of professional brass players. To maintain an authentic temperament, the tuning was performed by hand to taste, avoiding destructive software tuning and preserving the natural intonation biases of the instruments.
