Overview
The Tycoon Percussion 7″ Kanjira is a professional adaptation of the traditional South Indian frame drum. Rooted in centuries of folk and Bhajan music, the Kanjira has evolved from a simple rhythmic accompaniment into a sophisticated instrument capable of performing on the classical stage. This instrument is meticulously crafted to deliver the authentic sonic profile of the original, blending rich low-frequency resonance with the sharp, cutting slap tones essential for traditional and contemporary percussion.
