Installation
This djembe arrives as a physical instrument ready for use. To achieve the desired pitch, the 5mm non-stretch rope should be tightened using traditional djembe tuning methods (such as the Mali weave). Ensure the rope is tensioned evenly around the shell to maintain a flat, secure head for optimal resonance.
Compatibility
This is a standalone acoustic percussion instrument. It is compatible with all standard djembe playing techniques and can be used alongside any musical ensemble or as a solo instrument. No electronic interfaces or power sources are required.
