2. Product Types
- Digital Products (Software / Downloads / Licenses):
Delivered electronically. Once an order is completed and access is provided, the sale is final and non-refundable. - Physical Goods / Hardware:
Shipped to the address you provide. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices may change without notice. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel your order before delivery and refund your payment.
You’re responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or local fees.
4. Orders & Fraud Protection
We may cancel or hold orders for verification if we detect potential fraud, unusual activity, or mismatched billing details. Any canceled order will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Digital Products: Delivered via email, account dashboard, or download link immediately after payment confirmation.
- Physical Goods: Typically shipped within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
If your order cannot be shipped within that timeframe, you’ll be notified and given the option to wait or receive a refund.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, risk of loss transfers to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Digital Products – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of downloadable software and license codes, no returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase is made or access is granted.
Physical Goods – Damaged on Arrival Only
- Report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing co*****@*****di.com with your order number and clear photos.
- After review, we’ll issue return authorization (RMA) and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted.
7. Software Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying your system compatibility (e.g., macOS, Windows, plugin format, host DAW support) before purchase.
We cannot issue refunds for incompatibility after purchase.
8. Licensing & Third-Party Terms
Certain products require registration with the manufacturer and are subject to their own end-user license agreements (EULA). By purchasing and activating such products, you also agree to those third-party terms.
9. Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may result in license deactivation and account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
10. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts are time-limited and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All product names, trademarks, and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use our Site content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.
